Connections Through Creativity is…
Inclusive & neurodivergent friendly
Inclusion is rooted in understanding and diversity—neurodevelopmental, cognitive, physical, cultural, spiritual, and more; everyone belongs and deserves access to art.
No experience needed
You show up and I meet you where you are—whether you haven’t touched art since childhood or you’re an aspiring artist, you’re welcome and there’s always something to learn.
Focus on Connections and Creativity
We prioritize process over product to create intentional art—free-flowing and exploratory, yet guided by purpose and light structure; together we learn the rules so you can break them.
These are not traditional art classes…

Testimonials
Hi, I’m Rebekah Jane
I’m a mom of 2 boys, an inclusive community art instructor, an artist, and an early childhood educator.
I have ADHD and Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 1—“I’m Perfecta.”
I’ve worked with Autistic children and preschoolers throughout my adult life. Combined with my own experiences, it’s given me a deep need to create a safe space for everyone.
I finished my ECE certificate this year—it was a lot of work, especially at that point in my life, but I genuinely loved it. It felt good to put my experience into practice and earn something that reflects that. I love working in early childhood education, and it lets me use so many of the skills I need to feel fulfilled.
It’s my passion to give kids an inclusive space to grow and thrive—building social and emotional skills, exploring nature and cultures, developing motor skills, and embracing joy, playfulness, literacy, and art.
I’ve been an artist my whole life—from the moment my mom put a paintbrush in my hands when I could sit up, to selling my work after high school, to teaching art soon after. My passion for teaching is about breaking down the barriers and limitations we’ve learned, and creating with real artistic freedom. Everyone is an artist—young or old—and we all deserve the chance to unleash that creativity.
I’m here to offer a safe, inclusive space for both children and adults to create, learn, and express themselves.
I’d be honored to have you join me in the art room.

Free Art Scavenger Hunt
Get outside, explore nature, and bring creativity to life.
This hands-on activity blends art, movement, and mindfulness—encouraging children (and adults) to slow down, observe, and create in a meaningful way.
Start with a nature scavenger hunt, then bring your findings inside and learn how to draw what you actually see—not what you think you see.
This resource supports:
• Creative expression and imagination
• Fine motor skill development
• Sensory engagement and deeper learning
• STEAM-based exploration (connecting nature and art)
• Mindfulness through observation and process
Designed for educators, parents, and anyone wanting to create more intentional, connected learning experiences.
Because the best learning happens when we explore, observe, and create—together 💛
